4. What happens once I register and purchase the course?

ClickSafety will provide you with a username and password derived from your registration information. The username is the first letter of your first name, plus your last name (e.g. John Smith = JSmith). The password can be any four digits but we recommend using the last four of your Social Security Number to accurately track your records in our system. Use this information to log in to www.osha30.com and begin your training at any time.

5. Why are you asking for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number?

The last 4 digits of your Social Security number are used to help identify you in our system. If you prefer you can select any 4 digits but we recommend using the last four of your SSN to accurately track your records in our system.

6. Will I get the same OSHA card as I would from classroom training?

Yes, assuming the classroom training is provided by an authorized OSHA outreach trainer. We transmit your exam results to OSHA and then mail the OSHA card to you. The advantage of online training is convenience; you choose when to take the training course and can start and stop whenever you like. The ClickSafety system will remember where you were so you can pick right up where you left off.

7. How long do I have to complete the training?

OSHA requires that you complete the course within six months from the day you start the course.

8. How soon will I receive my OSHA card?

As soon as you complete the Final Exam and the Course Evaluation you will be able to print a course completion certificate directly from your computer. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of the OSHA card.

10. How many questions are in the Final Exam? What score do I need to pass?

The final exam for the OSHA 10 has 40 questions; the OSHA 30 has 50 questions. The final exam requires a minimum score of 70% to pass. The OSHA Outreach Program allows only 3 attempts for all checkpoint exams as well as the final.

11. Why didn't my purchase go through?

Usually the problem is that the Credit Card number was entered incorrectly. If you have any problems or questions during the purchase, please call Customer Support for assistance at 800-971-1080.

12. How do I get my 32 hour certificate of completion for my continuing education units?
