The Construction Craft Training Center offers a variety of programs.
The following are the various categories of training:
Introduction to Construction
A two week program with the purpose of preparing an applicant for entry
into a state approved Laborers Apprenticeship Program.
- Journeyman Programs

A multi-year program that provides the student with skills
necessary to qualify as a journeyman. These classes are held weekly,
typically one evening a week, at one of our many training facilities.
Online Journeyman Programs
A multi-year program that provides the student with skills
necessary to qualify as a journeyman. These classes offer the same
curriculum that our regular journeyman programs while providing the students
the convenience of completing the majority of the classes in the convenience
of their own home.
- Accelerated Program
- The accelerated program is designed to provide classroom instruction in a
concentrated time period. It is geared for displaced workers
(Workforce Investment Act),
individuals in need of vocational rehabilitation training and high school students looking for a career in
construction.
- Task Training

Classes in this area are designed to teach the student a specific
skill or task. Classes normally range from 8 to 40 hours
depending upon the skill being taught.
- Preparation Classes - CA
Electrical License

Beginning in 2005, the State of California requires that
electricians be licensed by the Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS).
Courses here are designed help the candidate pass the state test.
- Safety Training

Safety is the key to successful construction. The CCTC offers
a wide variety of safety specific courses designed to improve an employee's
ability to recognize and react to various hazardous situations occurring
on a jobsite.
